Ewan currently works as an attorney on eDiscovery matters. She has extensive experience in complex and large-scale eDiscovery related to patent and trademark disputes, SEC investigations and litigation, employment litigation, healthcare litigation, products liability, FCPA litigation, FTC/DOJ Second Requests and congressional investigations. She has worked on various phases of eDiscovery including collection, review, search and project management.

Prior to her work as an eDiscovery attorney, Ewan worked as a litigator for over ten years. She worked for the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia in the Family Services Division litigating child protection issues where she worked closely with District agencies. Prior to her work with OAG, Ewan worked for the Office of the Cook County, Illinois Public Guardian representing over 500 children involved in abuse and neglect matters. Ewan also served as staff attorney and Legal Director with the Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing where she litigated various matters relating to residential housing, advocated on behalf of tenants, and managed a federally funded Fair Housing Program.

Ewan’s combined litigation and eDiscovery experience have made her a highly effective manager in both the public and private sectors. Her knowledge spans every level of legal case management from initial investigations through appeals.

Ewan received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
