JAMES PERELMAN


Mr. Perelman has experience working in Antitrust Litigation, specifically In re Capacitors Antitrust Litigation in the capacity of reviewing and analyzing documents to establish proof of collusion in a major antitrust case and to support expert’s damages model; In re Urethanes Antitrust Litigation in assisting in legal research and drafting of settlement approval and attorney fee briefs relating to $835 million settlement; In re Generic Dogoxin and Doxycycline Antitrust Litigation in conducting legal research and drafting memorandum analyzing impact of attorney general’s parens patriae claims in parallel litigation on private class’ claims.

Mr. Perelman works with HUNE, Inc., a non-profit organization in Philadelphia, PA, as an advocate,  providing assistance to parents of children with disabilities who need legal guidance regarding their state and federal education rights. He advocates for parents in meetings with school districts and helps to develop appropriate Individualized Education Programs and Individualized Family Service Plans.

Mr. Perelman received his undergraduate degree in politics in 2010. He earned his Juris Doctor at Tulane University Law School in 2014.
